Las Vegas Desert Suzuki Institute is a non-profit organization dedicated to offering continued as well as initial training for Suzuki teachers. In addition, we are dedicated to enhancing children’s music education by offering quality programs in the Las Vegas area.  We host a one-week summer institute as well as Suzuki events throughout the year to further our goal of delivering quality music education.

ABOUT THE EVENT /

The 2019 Las Vegas Desert Suzuki Institute will be enjoying its ninth year in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are thrilled to offer our Suzuki flute and piano students as well as siblings, and their parents this musical experience. We are also proud to offer Intro To Music classes for ages 3-8, Beginning Flute or Violin half-day camps, a friend and sibling half-day enrichment camp to enjoy with their registered LVDSI friends, and an Advanced Flute Track for flute students Books 5 and up.

LVDSI is pleased to be the only 2019 institute in the western United States offering Teacher Training for Flute Units 1 and 2. To learn more, please click here:



 

LVDSI features Repertoire, Technique, Ensemble and Master classes as well as more in-depth work for our advanced Flute students. Check out our class descriptions!




Performance opportunities include: Informal Noontime Student Performances, Ensemble Extravaganza and Final Concert. We are also excited to sponsor a Sonata Competition with the winners performing on the Wednesday noon program. We look forward to having you at our Institute!
